We guarantee to ship your Shade Swim order within 1 business day of receiving your payment and order. If you make a purchase over the weekend or on a public holiday we will receive your payment on the next business day and ship within 1 business day.
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for all orders. If you need your swimwear sooner, we also offer express shipping for an additional $12.
Standard shipping via Australia Post usually takes between 5-7 business days.
Express shipping via Australia Post usually takes 1-2 business days depending on your location.
Please note: If you are located outside of a metropolitan area (eg. Rural or outer suburban areas) please allow an additional two business days for delivery times. Please check the Australia Post website for details.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located out of Australia please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
If you change your mind we’ll happily provide you an exchange or credit voucher for a future purchase. Please choose carefully as we don’t issue refunds for change of mind purchases.
All exchange requests must be received within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unwashed condition with tags still attached.
If your order is faulty we will happily provide a full refund and reimburse you for the cost of returning the item via standard Australia Post.

When you receive your swimwear please only try on over your underwear. Due to hygiene and safety reasons unfortunately we cannot accept returned items if this has not occurred.
Please note: Shade Swim reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange request if, upon inspection of the swimwear, it is not in new condition as outlined above.
